2 · Appointment

Buyer appoints Broker as Buyer's exclusive real-estate representative to locate and acquire property in the market area during the term. Broker accepts the appointment and will represent Buyer's interests with reasonable care, honesty, and fidelity.

3 · Broker's obligations

• Search the market — including MLS, off-market, and PURE platform intelligence — for properties matching Buyer's criteria;
• arrange showings, deliver market analyses and comparable data, and assist in preparing and negotiating offers;
• coordinate the transaction through closing, including inspections, title, and document flow through the PURE deal spine;
• maintain the confidentiality of Buyer's information as required by law.

4 · Buyer's obligations

• Work exclusively through Broker for properties in the market area during the term;
• provide accurate financial qualification information when an offer requires it;
• disclose any property already identified before the effective date.

5 · Compensation

Broker's compensation, if any, is as separately negotiated per transaction and disclosed in writing before any offer is submitted. In this test execution the compensation term is intentionally blank and creates no duty.

6 · Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice; termination does not affect rights accrued before the notice. This agreement is executed electronically under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and each electronic signature recorded in the PureSign tamper-evident chain has the effect of an original.
