Caller PIN — Poppy line
When you call Poppy at +1 (484) 990-2798 and ask for company data (your schedule, showings, the board, a transaction), she asks for this 6-digit PIN once per call. Public asks — listings, prices, joining a meeting — never need it.

Set or replace your PIN
Pick digits only you know — not your birth year or address numbers. Stored hashed (nobody can read it back). Setting a new PIN replaces the old one instantly, and a confirmation email goes to you every time it changes.
Phone Poppy recognizes
Your PIN is tied to your PURE login. Adding your cell lets Poppy also cross-check the number you're calling from (caller-ID) — a second signal on top of the PIN.
How it works on a call
- Open, no PIN ever: home search, listing details, market stats, joining a meeting by meeting code, leaving a message, buyer/seller interest.
- Staff, PIN once per call: your schedule, showings, transactions, the work board, standards, automations. Poppy asks, you say the 6 digits, she greets you by name — the rest of that call is covered. She never asks twice on one call.
- Never by phone: money and approvals. No PIN unlocks those.
- Safety brake: 5 wrong PINs in 10 minutes locks phone verification for a few minutes, and every attempt is audited.
- PURE will never ask you to type your PIN anywhere but this page, or say it anywhere but on the Poppy line.
