Rayse
A polished client presentation + real-time journey tracker that makes the agent’s hidden work visible — hours, showings, miles, offers, expenses — to reduce client anxiety and justify commission. Separate agent app + client app. Sells to MLS / Brokers / Agents / Clients.
Shilo
Listens to agent calls, grades them in real time, coaches on objections / talk-to-listen ratio / question frequency, runs roleplay of past calls, and auto-enriches the CRM after each call. Positioned to enhance the existing stack, not replace it. Team-leader analytics: who follows the playbook, where deals die.
PropStream
A massive property-data engine: 160M+ records, 165+ filters, 20 prebuilt lead lists (pre-foreclosures, tax liens, vacant, high-equity, absentee), skip tracing, comps, investor calculators (ADU/Rehab/Rental-ROI/Fix&Flip), demographic data, and a marketing suite (postcards, emails, landing pages, dialer). Built for investors, wholesalers, agents & brokers.

PURE’s moat is owning the whole transaction (both competitors are point tools that sit beside the stack). The two clear gaps to close: Rayse’s agent-value transparency and Shilo’s call-intelligence/coaching.
Recommendations
Auto-track every agent effort on a deal — showings, hours, calls, miles, offers written, expenses — and surface it to the client inside the Client Room as “here’s the work behind your purchase.” We already log most events; this aggregates + presents them. Directly answers the post-commission-lawsuit “justify your value” pressure — and we do it inside the real transaction, not a separate app.
Adopts: Rayse’s core. PURE advantage: it’s tied to real Transaction Hub events, not self-reported.
Capture agent calls (or upload recordings) transcript + sentiment + talk-to-listen ratio + objection detection auto-enrich Pure CRM with summary & next steps coach. Extends our existing Pure Chat.ai + AI Roleplay + Conversation Tracker into the call itself. We already have the AI plumbing — this is the highest-leverage AI feature we’re missing.
Adopts: Shilo’s core. PURE advantage: native to CRM + transaction, not a bolt-on.
For brokers/team leads: who’s following the playbook, conversation quality trends, where deals stall, which agents need help. Pairs with #2 and our Admin Hub.
Adopts: Shilo’s analytics.
A client-side to-do / decision list with property cards they act on (compare, favorite, approve) — richer than our current task list.
Adopts: Rayse’s collaboration board.
A polished, brandable buyer/seller consult deck (timeline, fees, agreements, your value) an agent presents at the first meeting — generated from the deal + brand tokens.
Adopts: Rayse’s presentation.
Lead-generation engine off public records + MLS: prebuilt motivated-seller lists (pre-foreclosure, tax lien, vacant, high-equity, absentee, probate), 100+ filters, and farm-area targeting — flowing straight into Pure CRM. The single biggest category PURE doesn’t touch, and it feeds every other tool we have.
Adopts: PropStream’s core. PURE advantage: leads land in the CRM & transaction, not exported.
Owner contact lookup (phone/email) with DNC + litigator safety flags, then one-click direct-mail/postcard + email campaigns to a list — tied to the consent/suppression system we already built.
Adopts: PropStream skip tracing + marketing suite.
ADU, Rehab, Rental-ROI, and Fix & Flip (MAO, cash flow) calculators inside PropIntel — turning PURE into an investor tool, not just an agent tool.
Adopts: PropStream calculators.
Lead with our moat: neither competitor owns the transaction, money, docs, MLS, inventory, or has tamper-evident TrustSeal records. We adopt their two best ideas inside the complete system — that’s the pitch.
