The Curb Insights doors are missing (404) — apply db/2026-07-29_1402_curb-insights-staged.sql, then reload. Cards cannot be built without mcp_curb_insights.
Your staff sign-in was refused at the database ACL (SQLSTATE 42501) before the admin gate ever ran — the staged grant fix db/2026-07-31_2050_curb-insights-grant-fix-staged.sql is not applied yet. Until it seats, only service-role callers can read the insights doors. Nothing is wrong with your account.
