The story in 30 seconds

Today a real-estate deal is scattered across a dozen logins — MLS here, forms there, signatures somewhere else, the association's spreadsheet, the broker's filing cabinet, the client's email. PURE collapses all of it into one system where the listing, the contract, the people, the money, and the proof live on a single record. Everyone sees their slice; nobody re-types; everything is auditable. And it's owned by the industry it serves — associations and MLSs run it, agents and members fund it through fair per-use pricing (PD), and the data stays theirs.

The PD economy — how the money works

PD is PURE's unit of value. Instead of every agent buying five subscriptions they barely use, PURE prices per use, per deal, per listing — small numbers that follow real activity. The association and MLS run the platform; the store routes a share of every product back to them, so the system funds the industry that owns it.

WHO PAYSWhoever benefitsAgent, buyer, or seller can hold a product — the deal doesn't care who pays, only that the work gets documented
HOW MUCHSmall + honest5 PD a listing for disclosure help · 25 PD a transaction for move-in proof · 100 PD/user/mo for full professional workbenches
WHO EARNSThe industryStore revenue shares to the association/MLS; vendors get paid through the platform — no invoicing chaos
WHAT IT REPLACESThe subscription stackForms tool + e-sign + showing tool + CRM glue + inspection app + status calls — collapsed into one record

ONE LOGIN · MANY HATS — the access model in one row

Agent their deals + market Broker every office file Association members · dues · governance MLS listings · feeds · compliance Vendor their jobs only Client their deal only

Switching hats re-renders the whole product to that role's scope. A hat is never a second account — it's the same person, seen correctly. Cross-boundary access happens only through explicit, expiring grants, every one logged.

Who wins — every party, the client first

Everything below exists in the build today. Tap any line's section in "What's built" to see it working.

THE CLIENT — the person buying, selling, or leasing

  • One clear picture: the Deal Room Spine shows exactly where their deal stands — questions → contract → signatures → tasks → money — no calling around.
  • The details they deserve: Seller Disclosure Assist walks a seller room-by-room (photos, serials, warranties, honest answers); buyers get a complete, documented home — not a guess.
  • Protection on both sides: Move-In Inspection timestamps the property's condition at move-in and move-out; Verified Capture proves who documented it.
  • Their own searches: saved searches with alerts they co-own with their agent — they see what the agent sees.
  • Sign anywhere: Pure Signature routes documents in order, on a phone, with identity assist.

THE AGENT

  • Deal room runs the file: smartforms write the DB once, tasks auto-complete from real data
  • SearchPro + saved-search handoffs; leads flow in from every source with action plans attached
  • Push tools to clients (disclosure assist, move-in) for dollars, not subscriptions
  • Mobile field mode for everything — dictate, shoot, done

THE BROKER

  • Every file complete and auditable — compliance gates block bad submissions before they happen
  • CDA/commission rails, money view per deal, office BI
  • Brokerage-exclusive modes (gated until authorized) and grant-based access control

THE ASSOCIATION

  • Dues, billing, statements, committee governance with Robert's Rules built in (Pure Order)
  • Member tiers including affiliate members (inspectors, vendors)
  • Store revenue share on every product; the platform pays for itself

THE MLS

  • RESO-aligned listing entry with status-aware completeness gates — clean data at the source
  • Feeds & analytics, syndication control, fine schedules, media-day photo compliance
  • NOALN address-withheld handling end-to-end

VENDORS & PROS

  • Photographers: media-day pipeline with booking, prep, delivery, compliance
  • Inspectors: full TREC REI 7-6 workbench + phone field mode (licensed, affiliate members)
  • Appraisers: USPAP/TALCB-compliant appraisal completed in-system
  • All paid through the store — no invoicing chaos

PARTNERS & STAFF

  • Referral partners get automatic stage updates (no "any news?" calls)
  • PURE staff: status page sections, queues, messaging, approvals — phone-first
  • Mike: the 2-second glance, one-window dispatch, undo on everything

The visual tour — swipe through it, persona by persona

Real screenshots from the live build — nothing staged. Swipe or use the arrows; every shot opens the real page when you're online. Phone-width shots are marked — the same system, responsive everywhere.

1 · THE CLIENT

"I always know where my deal stands."

Their agent pushes them simple guided tools; the deal's progress is one screen, not twelve phone calls.

2 · THE AGENT

"My whole business, one login — desk or truck."

Search, compare, contract, and field work — the same record follows them from desktop to phone.

3 · THE LICENSED PRO

"My whole job, done in the system that has the deal."

Inspectors and appraisers stop juggling third-party apps — the compliance is built into the tool.

4 · ASSOCIATION & MLS

"Clean data, fair fees, meetings that run themselves."

Governance, dues, and listing quality — the platform pays for itself through the store.

5 · RUNNING PURE

"Two seconds on my phone and I know we're good."

Mike and staff: the glance, the one-window dispatch, every connection with an on/off switch.

How it all connects

One database in the middle. Lead sources and field capture flow in; deals, documents, money, and proof flow out. The lanes (your AI workforce) build and run it; you steer from one window.

Glossary — the words we use

AREAcquisto Real Estate — the brand owned by Shana and Mike Acquisto. Never the English verb.
PDPURE's pricing unit — small per-use amounts that follow real activity instead of flat subscriptions.
HatOne person's active role (agent, broker, association, vendor, client). One login holds many hats.
The SpineThe deal-room view that links questions → forms → signatures → tasks → money on one screen.
NOALNAddress-withheld listing handling — privacy mode honored across search, photos, and feeds.
GrantAn explicit, expiring permission that lets someone see across a boundary. Every grant is logged.
LaneAn AI work session (A, B, …). Lanes claim tickets from the live board and verify everything they ship.
BatchA timestamped copy of the whole deploy — the unit of publishing and the instant rollback point.
SEV-1/2/3Incident severity: outage / degraded / minor. SEV-1 banners can't be dismissed.

The full living dictionary is in the product (rail "?" + the live pure_dictionary table).

Quick answers

QIs this live or a demo? The surfaces are live against a real database; client-facing money/PDF moments are clearly marked demo until their gates (forms uploads, pricing approvals) clear.
QWhat happens if something breaks? The status glance goes amber/red, a banner posts everywhere, staff get messaged, and any release can be reverted to the previous batch in one action.
QWho can see my data?Your hat decides. Cross-boundary viewing requires a logged, expiring grant. Identity checks can be required on any sensitive capture.
QWhat does it cost to run?Static hosting + one database + per-use AI work metered by tier — the ops report tracks spend per ticket; the store funds the platform.
QCan it really replace our current tools? The deal record already carries forms, signatures, tasks, money, search, disclosure, inspection, and appraisal natively — the integrations layer covers the rest while it migrates.
