Persona Face Match

Every persona's portrait next to the loop it is currently playing. The 7/23 shuffle (loops uploaded with swapped filenames) was fixed 8/25: the square *-sq.mp4 loops are named for the face they actually show and the database points at them. This tool remains for future corrections — pick the loop whose face matches the portrait, then Apply. Writes through mcp_persona_avatar_sync (zero deploy, live on Desk + Meet immediately).

Design's face-map (canon.avatar_facemap_0723, matched by face not filename) is pre-fillable above — it is a proposal, not truth. Confirm each row against the portrait before applying. Two rows were marked CERTAIN by Design: help-desk and lina.
