Broker control over every capability on the Poppy phone line (+1 (484) 990-2798) and the Poppy connector. Open = any caller, no PIN (non-PII only). PIN = verified staff only (6-digit caller PIN or PURE login). Off = removed from the line entirely. Changes are live within 60 seconds — no deploy.

Rule of thumb: anything with client names, deals, money, or company internals stays PIN. Open tools must be data anyone could get from the public site. Every change is audited under your name (poppy.exposure_set).
