One PURE, four ways to carry it: Windows · Mac · Android · iPhone. Install once — it stays signed in and updates itself.
Installed before 8/13/26? Remove the old PURE app once and reinstall — earlier installs could carry a
mixed-up identity (wrong name or start page). One reinstall picks up the unified app.
Windows
Install (once)
Open acquisto.biz in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
Click the Install icon at the right end of the address bar (a little monitor with a down-arrow) — or the menu ⋮ Cast, save and share Install PURE.
Confirm. PURE opens in its own window and lands in your Start menu and taskbar.
Use
Launch it like any program: Start menu PURE, or pin it to the taskbar (right-click the icon Pin).
Right-click the taskbar icon for jump shortcuts: Authenticator codes, My Day, Command Center.
Clicking the icon while PURE is already open focuses the running window — you never end up with five copies.
Mac
Install (once) — two ways
Chrome / Edge: open acquisto.biz, sign in, click the Install icon in the address bar Install. PURE appears in Launchpad and the Dock.
Safari (macOS Sonoma+): open acquisto.biz, sign in, then File Add to Dock. Done — PURE is a Dock app.
Use
Launch from the Dock or Spotlight (⌘Space, type "PURE").
It runs in its own window — ⌘Tab switches to it like any Mac app.
Keep it in the Dock: right-click the running icon Options Keep in Dock.
Android
Install (once)
Open acquisto.biz/get-app.html in Chrome (or scan the office QR — it lands there).
Tap the Install PURE button — or Chrome menu ⋮ Install app.
PURE lands on your home screen and in the app drawer.
Use
Opens full-screen like a native app — no browser bars.
Long-press the icon for the same shortcuts (Authenticator, My Day).
Sharing into PURE: from any app's Share sheet you can share a link or text to PURE — it opens the share intake.
iPhone & iPad
Install (once)
Open acquisto.biz in Safari (Apple only allows installs from Safari).
Tap the Share button (the square with the up-arrow).
Scroll and tap Add to Home ScreenAdd.
Use
Launch from the home screen — full-screen, its own app switcher card.
First time in a meeting, allow camera and microphone when Safari asks; the choice sticks.
Apple fine print: install prompts and push notifications are limited on iPhone by Apple —
that is exactly what the App Store version (decision pending with Mike, see the apps brief) would unlock.
Daily use — the parts people ask about
Thing
How it works in the app
Signing in
Once. The app keeps your session; if it ever expires mid-meeting you get a red banner with a one-tap fix — never a silent failure.
Updates
Automatic. The app always loads the live site — every fix we ship is there on your next open, no store updates to wait for.
Offline
Pages you have visited keep opening when the signal drops; they refresh when you are back online.
Poppy
Everything works exactly as on the website — Poppy Desk, meetings, the phone line. Same PURE, its own window.
Multiple monitors
It is a normal window — drag it, snap it, full-screen it.
Meetings in the app
Open PURE Pure Meetings (or click a meeting link — it opens in the app once installed).
First run: allow camera and microphone when asked. This is per-device, once.
Everything from the meeting rounds works identically: the Poppy button (organiser-only) brings in the silent note-taker, Effects gives you PURE virtual backgrounds (your own tile shows them too), Record, Live summary, screensharing with the share front-and-center.
The summary email with tasks-by-member still arrives after every meeting — the app changes nothing about that.
Team rule until guest accounts land: everyone signs in before joining a meeting — a signed-out joiner
sees the room but cannot be seen or heard (the app now tells them so with the red banner).
If something looks wrong
No Install icon in the address bar? It is probably already installed (check Start menu / Launchpad / home screen) — or use the browser menu: ⋮ Install app.
Red banner in a meeting? Your sign-in expired or you are not signed in — the banner's button fixes it and brings you back to the same room.
Camera works but nobody sees you? That is the same sign-in issue — look for the banner, or sign out and back in.
App opens the wrong page / wrong name? You have a pre-8/13 install — remove it and reinstall (top of this page).
Two PURE icons? Same cause; remove both, reinstall once.
Anything else: the Can't see? button inside a meeting gives a live diagnosis you can screenshot.
