Brokerage office
Run the brokerage from one page: your people and their licenses, commission plans, what agents owe, recruiting, onboarding, training and broker supervision. Agents see the result on My Brokerage.

Transactions: Ginger's follow-up
Every open file's overdue and due-today work, what Ginger prepared for review (drafted emails, document checks, contract dates), commitments from the notes, and past Transactions checked against the learned templates. Nothing is sent while sending is off.
Listings to win back
Our office's listings that expired or were taken off the market in the last 12 months and were not listed again. A short call often brings the seller back. "Add a call task" puts it on the agent's task list; nothing is sent to the seller.

On TREC, not on your roster
TREC is the Texas Real Estate Commission, the state office that licenses agents.

License history
Who is licensed here today, who ever was, and who was here in a given year.
Every date and status names its source. Anything PURE has no record of says "Not on record".
TREC: the state office that licenses agents. MLS: the shared listing service agents use.

Propose plans from the roster
Matches each agent's commission level (training or experienced) to your active template. Preview first; nothing is written until you commit, and each proposal still needs a confirm against the signed agreement.

Agent billing
Bill run
One charge per agent, kind and month. Preview shows what would be billed; running it twice for a month bills nothing new.

Card fees go through Stripe
The $125 monthly technology fee is charged to each agent's card on file through Stripe on the 1st (commission agreement, page 12). That stays as it is: PURE does not bill it and the bill run skips it. Fees the broker collects another way (the executive plan's $1,000 by direct deposit) are billed and recorded here.

MLS deadline clock (Clear Cooperation)
The MLS rule: once a home is marketed to the public (a sign, a post, a flyer, an open house), it must be in the MLS within one business day. This lists our seller Transactions that are not in the MLS yet. The listing agent gets the same note in their PURE Inbox each business day.

Staff and roles
Brokerage hats decide who sees which tab here. Give a hat to someone on your roster; switching one off keeps the record.

These settings are readable by the public (they are links and contact lines). Money terms live in the commission plans, which only staff can read.
Listing feed partners
A partner is a website or app that downloads our listings from PURE. A new partner gets our office's listings only: MLS rules let a broker share its own listings, and other brokers' listings need a signed IDX or VOW agreement with the MLS first. Pausing stops their downloads; nothing is deleted.
