Automatic by time of day dynamic
When on, every visitor's theme follows the sun: Sunrise at dawn, Daylight through the day, Sunset in the golden hour, Midnight at night. With location consent it uses real sunrise/sunset for the visitor's coordinates; otherwise the band times below. A user's manual pick always wins until they choose "Follow the time of day." These settings are admin-controlled (Cecile) and saved live — no redeploy.
