Your 6-digit PIN verifies it’s you on the Poppy phone line — required before any sensitive information or action.
Two layers protect you: caller-ID matches your cell, then your PIN confirms it’s you. During a secure call, if the voice on the line changes, Poppy stops and asks for the PIN again — and only your PIN can resume the session, so no one else can continue in your place. Never share your PIN; PURE will never ask for it by text or email.
