How the levels nest. The three REALTOR® associations are one level — association — tiered by geography: National (NAR) › State (Texas REALTORS) › Local (MetroTex). MLS is one level too, with its own three tiers — National › State › Regional (NTREIS is a regional; the full tier lists get seated in V9) — and the MLS chain sits above the local associations (Mike's ruling 7/11: many locals share one MLS), with local associations and brokerages as siblings under the regional MLS. Acquisto Real Estate (broker: Shana Acquisto) is one of many. Tier labels are read from the nesting, so each level stays a single kind.
