Acquisto · Ask the House

Every other sign in the neighborhood just stands there.
Yours talks.

List with us and your yard sign answers buyers the moment they pull up — day or night, in your home’s own voice — books their showing with their OK, and hands you the proof every Monday.

01 · The sign that talks

A buyer pulls up. Your house answers.

On the sign rider is a QR code. A buyer points their camera at it and your home opens on their phone — no app, no sign-up — and speaks in the first person: “Well hi there — I’m 3708 Tarpon Drive. Ask me anything, or come see me in person.”

It answers the questions that decide showings — from its own listing and the facts your agent loads for it. It offers times, takes the booking only with the buyer’s written OK, and if they’d rather talk to a person, one tap rings a live human. At 2 pm or 2 am.

02 · What buyers ask

The questions that make or lose a showing.

Buyers don’t call to ask these — they just drive on. When the sign can answer them on the spot, the drive-by becomes a showing request.

“How old is the roof?” a fact your agent loads
“Is there an HOA?” a fact your agent loads
“What were the taxes?” from the listing record
“What schools?” from the listing record
“What’s nearby?” from the listing itself

Every answer says where it came from — a loaded fact or the listing itself — right in the chat. The house never guesses — if a question is past it, it says so and hands the buyer to a live person.

03 · Your Monday proof

“Your sign talked to 41 buyers this week — mostly about the roof.”

Most sellers hear from their agent when there’s news. You’ll hear from your house — every Monday, a private link opens your sign’s week: how many buyers scanned it, what they wanted to know, how many asked to book.

a sample week — your listing’s own numbers arrive with your private link

When buyers keep asking about the roof, you know before the weekend what to get ahead of. That’s not a feeling about how the listing is going — it’s the week, counted.

04 · The privacy promise

Buyers stay anonymous. By construction.

Your sign counts topics, never people. Each moment at the sign is recorded as exactly five facts — which home, what kind of moment, which topic, when — and that is the whole record. There is nowhere for a buyer’s name, number, or typed question to live, so no report can ever leak one.

When a buyer chooses to book a showing, they hand over their own details with a consent box they tick themselves — and those go to your agent through the normal lead rail, never into the sign’s counts. Buyers get answers without surveillance; you get the numbers without the liability.

05 · Try it yourself

Point your camera here.

The demo listing opens on your phone — no app, no sign-in. It’s watermarked DEMO MODE and runs entirely on the phone, so it works even where the signal doesn’t.

Ask it about the roof. Ask it about the HOA. Then imagine it wearing your address.
