RETS ⇄ RESO field map

Our NTREIS feed is RETS (legacy), the platform speaks RESO. This table is the translation layer both directions — inbound feed read and outbound add/edit publish. Admin-editable: a renamed RETS field is a row, never a code change.

Reads mcp_rets_map; writes mcp_rets_map_set (admin-gated, audited). Inbound: RETSPURERESO on feed read. Outbound: PURERETS on mcp_listing_upsert publish. Transform = value coercion (e.g. status-code lookup, date format, units).
