How “repeat visitor” works here — and why we do not match faces. This database never runs facial recognition and never stores a biometric identifier. Texas law (Bus. & Com. Code §503.001) restricts capturing a biometric identifier for a commercial purpose without the person’s informed consent — and a trespasser cannot consent. A false automated match would also label a real person a criminal.

Repeat-visitor status is therefore your assertion — stamped with who decided and when, and reversible at any time. PURE never makes the claim for you.
