Closed Transactions against the learned templates
For each closed file: the tasks the templates expect for its side, and whether the office's history shows them done (from the office manager's old-system tasks and emails). This is the proof behind the catalog.

Transaction by Transaction
Emails matched to files
Every email not yet on a file, with the file it most likely belongs to and why: the property address, the MLS number, or a client, title or lender email on the file. Nothing is linked until you confirm.
Matches
Addresses a person should check
PURE fixes an address only when the signed papers, the MLS, our own listings or two emails prove it. These are the ones nothing could prove: a part is missing, or two records disagree.
- Use this address: a row with a suggestion. Saves the suggested city, state and ZIP on the Transaction's property record. What is already typed stays.
- Not this home: the suggestion is wrong. It is hidden and nothing changes.
- Address is right or Address is wrong: a row with no suggestion. Records what you see after opening the Transaction.
Emails that could belong to two or more Transactions
Pick the Transaction the email belongs to; the other choices are set aside. "None of these" sets them all aside.
Key dates written in emails
The option period is the few days after a contract is signed when the buyer can still back out. Option period ends, closing and final walk-through dates found in the emails filed on each Transaction, next to what the Transaction already has. "Add to the Transaction" saves it as an unverified date from email.
Transaction vs its papers, the MLS and the pay sheet
The settlement statement is the final page of money signed at closing. These Transactions have one for this same house that shows a different or missing sale price or closing date, or more than one price. The list also shows MLS closing dates more than 30 days off and pay sheets that pay a different agent. Biggest dollar amounts come first. The pay sheet's price is shown too when there is one. Nothing changes until you pick. Use the paper puts the statement's value on the Transaction and keeps the old value so it can be undone. Keep ours leaves the Transaction as it is and takes the row off the list.
The same sale entered twice
Same house, same side, both closed within 45 days of each other. Combining two Transactions needs the broker's yes; this list records what you see.
Owner check: files the old CRM gave to the coordinators
The old CRM listed a Transaction Coordinator as the owner on these. Shown with whatever proves the real agent: the pay sheet, the commission workbook, the parties on the file, or who wrote the filed emails. Nothing is changed here.

New Transaction
Start from an address, a listing, a person, a lead, a showing, a saved search, an offer, a referral or the executed contract, for a buyer, seller, tenant or landlord. PURE checks first for a Transaction that is already open, so nothing is started twice. Nothing is sent to anyone.
Live files on the map
Each pin is a live file. Tap a pin to open its Transaction in a new tab. Files we cannot place yet are listed under the map.
