Real Estate Referral Agreement

The referral fee is earned upon the successful closing of the referred transaction and is payable through the closing disbursement (CDA) at clear‑to‑close. PURE’s commission‑disbursement engine itemizes the referral fee on the CDA automatically — no separate invoice is required.

This agreement applies to the named client and any transaction closed within 12 months. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith and to comply with all applicable real estate licensing and RESPA requirements. This referral is between licensed brokerages; no fee is paid to any unlicensed party.
