Sign in & set up your authenticator

Takes about 3 minutes. You’ll do it once, then use a 6-digit code at each sign-in.

What you need: your work email, your password (or reset it), and your phone with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).

  1. Go to the sign-in page

    Open acquisto.biz/sign-in.html in your browser.

  2. Sign in with your email & password

    Enter your work email and password.

    Forgot or don’t have your password? Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page — you’ll get a reset link by email. Set a new password, then continue.

  3. Set up your authenticator (automatic prompt)

    On your first sign-in, PURE takes you straight to the quick security setup. On your phone’s authenticator app, tap “+” / Add and scan the QR code shown on screen.

    Can’t scan? Tap “enter a setup key” and type the key shown instead.

    Then enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm. Done — your authenticator is on.

  4. Save your recovery codes

    You’ll be shown recovery codes — use Copy or Download and keep them somewhere safe (password manager, or printed).

    Important: each code works once. They’re how you get in if you ever lose your phone. They’re shown only at setup.

  5. That’s it

    From now on, after your password you’ll enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator. That second step is what keeps client and deal data secure.

    You’re set up. You can change your password anytime from your profile menu.
Lost your phone? Use one of your saved recovery codes at the “Verify it’s you” screen (link: Lost your device?). No codes left? Contact your admin to reset MFA for your account.
