Acquisto Real Estate
The consumer-facing brokerage brand — warm, energetic, and built to sell North Texas homes. Where PURE is the calm professional platform, ARE is the friendly face buyers and sellers meet first.
Brand promise
“Houses for sale in Texas” — approachable local experts serving North Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper & Celina. Family-run, high-energy, results-driven.
Logo

The Acquisto Real Estate wordmark. On dark hero imagery it reverses to white; on light sections it sits in brand blue/ink. Always paired with the “Real Estate” descriptor.
Color
ARE leads with a bright, optimistic sky blue over white and deep slate — energetic and consumer-friendly, the opposite of PURE’s restrained navy/gold.
#29ABE2#1577A8#1B2A3A#EEF7FC#FFFFFF#2ECC71#29ABE2 is the shared thread — it appears in PURE only as the “ARE accent”, but here it is the primary brand color. “ARE” always means Acquisto Real Estate.Typography
Friendly geometric sans for headings & UI — rounder and warmer than PURE’s Montserrat. Consumer marketing voice.
Body text — the one typeface both brands share, for readability.
Imagery
ARE is photo & video first — the homepage leads with team group photos, property galleries, neighborhood videos, and customer-review backgrounds. Imagery does the emotional selling. (PURE, by contrast, is icon- and data-led with almost no photography.)
Property cards
Large home photo, prominent price, green “Active” badge, beds/baths/sqft/price-per-sqft row. Listing-search is the core experience.
Hero & video
Full-bleed lifestyle photography + neighborhood video sections + testimonial backdrops.
Voice & Tone
ARE voice
Warm, local, high-energy, SEO-rich. Emoji in marketing are on-brand (⭐✅). Speaks to buyers & sellers: “Find your Texas home.”
Not like PURE
PURE is calm, minimal, no-emoji, professional/B2B. ARE is consumer marketing — the tones are intentionally different.
Color in use
Do
Lead with ARE Blue on white. Use deep blue for hover/active, slate ink for body text, active-green only for “Active” status. Big, bright, optimistic.
Don’t
Don’t use PURE navy/gold here — that’s the platform brand. Don’t mute the blue; ARE is meant to feel energetic.
Components
The consumer site is built around a few repeating blocks. Keep them photo-forward and touch-friendly.
Listing card
Photo on top, price big, green Active badge, beds/baths/sqft row. The atomic unit of the site.
Consultation form
Buyer/seller lead forms with TCPA consent line. Friendly labels, big tappable fields, blue submit.
SEO link grid
Cities / counties / zips / neighborhoods — dense link blocks in the footer for search ranking. (PURE never does this.)
Motion & interaction
Light, welcoming motion: gentle fades on scroll, photo zoom-on-hover for listing cards, smooth section reveals. Nothing jarring — the energy comes from imagery and color, not aggressive animation.
Accessibility
ARE Blue on white passes AA for large text; for body copy on blue use white at 16px+ and bold. Always pair the green “Active” badge with the word, never color alone. Forms need visible labels (not placeholder-only) and 44px tap targets. Honor the site’s light/dark toggle.
Light & Dark: the live site ships both — test every component in each. Dark mode uses slate-ink surfaces with ARE-blue accents.
Naming & legal
Acquisto Real Estate, LLC — always the full name in legal/footer contexts. “ARE” is shorthand internally (and the PURE accent color), never the English word “are.” Consumer pages carry TREC IABS, the Consumer Protection Notice, and TCPA consent on lead forms.
