1. Acceptance

By using this site or our services you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for a brokerage or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You agree not to scrape or bulk-download listing data, misrepresent your identity or licence status, attempt to reach data you are not entitled to, or use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. MLS content is licensed for your own real estate activity only and is subject to the rules of the originating MLS.

3. Electronic signatures (E-SIGN / UETA)

By using PureSign you consent to transact electronically. You may withdraw that consent and request paper copies at any time by emailing us. You will need a current browser and the ability to open PDF documents.

4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) terms

If you provide your mobile number to Acquisto Real Estate — by calling us, by submitting an enquiry or showing request on this site, or in a signed representation or listing agreement — you consent to receive text messages from us about your appointments, property enquiries, transaction and closing status, and documents we need from you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

Message frequency varies with your transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. You may also call 214-915-2705. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Intellectual property

PURE, the PURE marks, and the software and content on this site are owned by Acquisto Real Estate and its licensors. MLS listing content is owned by the applicable MLS and its participants and is used under licence.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Listing data comes from the MLS and public records and may be delayed or inaccurate; verify anything you rely on. Nothing here is legal, tax, or lending advice. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
