Policies and disclosures governing your use of the PURE platform at acquisto.biz.
Attorney review required — templateThese documents are professionally-structured starting templates, not legal advice. Before they take effect, have them reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Bracketed [items] are placeholders to complete (entity name, state, effective date, contact).
The cards above are the deployable pages (Lane B). The sections below are master drafts & reference for documents not yet built as standalone pages — hand them to counsel alongside the checklist.
By signing a document through PureSign, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and that the record may be created, signed, sent, and stored electronically.
2. Hardware & software
To access and retain electronic records you need a current web browser, internet access, and the ability to view and save PDF documents.
3. Identity verification
Before signing you may be asked to verify your identity (e.g. SMS one-time code, photo ID, or knowledge-based questions). A record of successful verification is added to the document’s audit trail.
4. Tamper-evident record (TrustSeal)
Each signing event is hashed into a chain and the completed document is sealed; the integrity record can be independently verified. See TrustSeal.
5. Retaining & withdrawing
You may download a copy of any document you sign and the completion certificate. You may withdraw consent to sign electronically before completing a document by declining; this may delay or prevent the transaction.
Cookie & Tracking Policy
Governs the consent banner & first-party analytics
1. First-party only
PURE uses first-party cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand usage. We do not load third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell data.
2. Categories
Strictly necessary — sign-in, security, core features. Always on.
Analytics — first-party usage metrics to improve PURE. Optional.
Preferences — remembers your hat, theme, and layout. Optional.
Marketing — measures campaigns and relevant PURE updates. Optional.
3. Your control
Manage your choices anytime from Preferences or the cookie banner. Analytics only runs if you allow it; your choice is recorded with a timestamp and policy version.
Acceptable Use Policy
Applies to all users
You agree not to: violate any law, including real-estate licensing and fair-housing laws; misrepresent listings, parties, or yourself; upload malware or attempt to breach security; scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform; use another person’s account or signing link; or use PURE to harass, defraud, or send unlawful communications. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Data Processing & Security
How your data is protected
Encryption — data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure provider.
Access control — least-privilege access; row-level security on tenant data.
Terms of Service — acceptable use, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, Texas governing law + dispute resolution.
E-SIGN/UETA consent (PureSign) — electronic-records consent, hardware/software, right to withdraw, paper-copy option.
Accessibility Statement — bless the WCAG 2.2 AA commitment + feedback contact.
Source of record: LEGAL-ITEMS-FOR-COUNSEL.md (Lane B, on main). Each returned policy drops into its live page; remove noindex and link from the global footer.
