How you sign up
You only get texts after you sign up yourself. Every sign-up box starts unchecked, is optional, and is never needed to send a form, make an account or buy anything. Next to each box we show these exact words:

- The question form on a listing, acquisto.biz/listing-inquiry.
- The sign-in screen at one of our open houses, acquisto.biz/pure-openhouse-rsvp.
- The showing request on one of our yard signs, acquisto.biz/curb.
- When you create an account, acquisto.biz/sign-in.
- An email from us that asks if you want text updates. The button opens acquisto.biz/text-updates, where you check the same box and type your mobile number.
- By texting START to (214) 915-2705, or by texting us first with a question.
After you sign up on a page or by email, you get one text to confirm. Reply YES to start. Texts about your home search start only after that YES. If you text START, you get a reply that confirms you are signed up. If you text us a question first, we answer that conversation.
Giving us your phone number by phone, email, a referral or in an agreement does not sign you up for texts. Pictures of every sign-up place are at acquisto.biz/sms-consent-proof.
How you stop
Reply STOP to any text at any time. Words like END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and “stop texting me” work too. You get one last text that says you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts. Reply START to sign up again. You can also email support@acquisto.biz or visit acquisto.biz/unsubscribe. Stopping texts does not change how we work with you by phone or email.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
