How you opt in
You provide express written consent to receive recurring automated RCS/SMS messages from Pure MLS Tech in one of these ways:
- By entering your mobile number and checking the (unchecked-by-default) consent box on our opt-in page at acquisto.biz/sms-optin.html;
- By providing your mobile number and agreeing to messaging when you sign a representation or listing agreement with your Acquisto Real Estate agent.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving real-estate services. After you opt in, we send a one-time confirmation message; reply YES to begin receiving messages.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from that number. Reply START to resubscribe. You may also email [email protected] or visit acquisto.biz/unsubscribe.html.
